1. Who can buy on Hyashop?

Our products are primarily intended for aesthetic medicine professionals and the medical sector.

For orders delivered in France, supporting documents (RPPS number and copy of ID) may be requested.

For other countries, no supporting documents are required.

2. Are the products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and come from recognized laboratories. They comply with European standards (CE) where applicable.

3. What are the delivery times?

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 1 to 3 business days
  • 🌍 International: 2 to 5 business days

Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Which carriers do you use?

We work with DHL Express and UPS for fast and secure delivery.

Yes, a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

10. What if my parcel is delivered to a collection point?

If you are away, the carrier may drop off your parcel at an Access Point to avoid a return. You will be informed by email or SMS.

11. What if my package is stuck in customs?

You will need to contact your local customs office to provide the necessary documents. We can assist you if needed.
