Jalupro HMW (High Molecular Weight) is the Jalupro product intended for mature skin. It combines amino acids and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. The manufacturer positions it for marked dehydration, loss of elasticity and more established wrinkles.
Composition
According to the manufacturer, the formula is based on two groups of active ingredients:
- high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, for dermal hydration and tone;
- amino acids, which are collagen precursors, to support skin regeneration.
The product comes as a two-component kit to be combined before injection, according to the instructions for use.
Indications
The indications listed by the manufacturer are as follows:
- mature, dry or dehydrated skin;
- loss of elasticity and tone;
- deeper wrinkles and dehydrated areas;
- preparation for, and maintenance of, the results of other aesthetic procedures.
The treatment areas listed are the face, neck, décolleté and hands.
Place in the Jalupro range
Jalupro HMW and Jalupro Super Hydro make up the top of the injectable range. Compared with Jalupro Classic, the reference for early signs of ageing, Jalupro HMW uses high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and targets more marked skin. Protocol in general terms
The manufacturer recommends an initial course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions. The number of sessions, the injection technique and the treatment points should be set according to the instructions for use and the clinical assessment. The product can be included in a combined protocol at the practitioner's discretion. Injection is reserved for trained physicians.
