It all started with a simple frustration, one every aesthetic medicine practitioner knows all too well.
You’re preparing a busy day of procedures. You’re looking for a product you’ve ordered dozens of times. And it’s not there. Wrong delivery date. No response from the supplier. No solution offered.
For a practitioner, it’s more than just an inconvenience. It’s a canceled appointment, a disappointed patient, and a reputation at stake.
We lived it from the inside, alongside aesthetic medicine professionals, observing their daily challenges with a fragmented and unreliable supply chain that simply wasn’t designed for their reality. Too many intermediaries. Too little transparency. And almost no one who truly understood what was happening in a clinic.
So in 2014, we decided to build something different.
Hyashop was founded in Avignon, France, by people who knew aesthetic medicine from the inside. Not as investors. Not as distributors looking to maximize their margins. But as professionals who had seen up close what practitioners really needed, and what the market wasn’t offering them.
We started modestly. A rigorous selection of CE-certified products, sourced directly from the world’s most recognized manufacturers. Honest prices. Reliable delivery. And a WhatsApp customer service that truly responds.
Ten years later, the mission hasn’t changed.
Today, we serve practitioners in over 40 countries, with a catalog of 55+ premium brands — from Juvederm and Restylane to Neauvia, Teosyal, Mastelli, and many more. Every product we list is CE certified. Every order is handled with the same care as if we were preparing the procedures for the next morning ourselves.
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in French, English, Spanish, and others. Our warehouses are based in France, for express 24/48h delivery throughout Europe.
We are not the largest supplier on the market.
We don’t aim to be the biggest.
What we want is simple: to be the one you trust. The one who will be there, with the right product, at the right price, delivered when you need it.
