Jalupro Super Hydro: a peptide-enriched biorevitaliser

Jalupro Super Hydro is an injectable biorevitaliser from the Jalupro range intended for skin showing marked signs of ageing. It combines hyaluronic acid, amino acids and biomimetic peptides. It targets laxity, loss of firmness and skin dehydration.

Composition

According to the manufacturer, the formula brings together three groups of active ingredients:

  • hyaluronic acid, for dermal hydration and elasticity;
  • amino acids, which are collagen precursors;
  • biomimetic peptides, intended to support collagen and elastin production.

The product comes in a ready-to-use 2.5 ml prefilled syringe.

Indications

The manufacturer intends it for the following situations:

  • mature, dry or devitalised skin;
  • loss of firmness and skin laxity;
  • moderate to marked wrinkles;
  • dull complexion and uneven texture.

The treatment areas listed are the face, neck, décolleté and back of the hands.

Place in the Jalupro range

Jalupro Super Hydro sits at the top of the injectable range, alongside Jalupro HMW. Both are aimed at mature skin. Jalupro HMW combines amino acids and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, without peptides. Jalupro Super Hydro adds biomimetic peptides and offers a 2.5 ml volume suited to larger areas such as the neck and décolleté. Jalupro Classic remains the reference for early signs of ageing. For an overview, see our introduction to the Jalupro range.

Protocol in general terms

The manufacturer recommends an initial course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions. The number of sessions, the injection technique and the treatment points should be adapted according to the instructions for use and each patient's assessment. The product can be included in a combined protocol at the practitioner's discretion. Injection is reserved for trained physicians.
