Cebelia Reinforced Depigmenting Cream is specially formulated to treat skin hyperpigmentation and reduce the intensity of brown spots, while fighting against the formation of new spots.

Description and use:

• Reinforced Depigmenting is an effective treatment for reducing the intensity and size of brown spots on the skin.
• Its formula combines the patented active ingredient PEKALINE®, which acts at different stages of the melanogenesis process, with active ingredients recognized for their complementary action on spots and complexion radiance.
• Always apply SPF50 sun protection in conjunction with Reinforced Depigmenter to protect the skin from sun damage.
• For normal skin: apply twice a day, avoiding the eye area. Tingling may occur at the beginning of treatment, it is then advisable to space out the application to every other day and then gradually increase the frequency.
• For sensitive and very sensitive skin: gradual use is recommended, starting with one application per day (preferably in the evening) for the first week, then gradually increase the frequency to 2 applications per day.
• Suitable for all skin types and phototypes.

Active ingredients:

1. PEKALINE®: Acts at two major and complementary stages of the stain formation process by preventing the production of the tyrosinase enzyme and blocking the remaining enzymes (acidification of the melanosome).
2. Vitamin C: Inhibits an enzyme essential for the formation of the melanin molecule, tyrosinase. Its antioxidant activity also lightens existing melanin.
3. Niacinamide: Blocks transfer to surface cells of the epidermis, thereby regulating pigment distribution and breakdown.
4. Glycolic Acid: Exfoliates the surface of the epidermis, facilitates the penetration of other active ingredients, reduces existing spots and evens out the complexion. It may cause tingling during the first uses.
