New regulations for sales in France and Monaco

Since July 1, 2024, in accordance with decree no. 2024-490 of May 29, 2024, the sale of our injectable products containing hyaluronic acid is reserved for doctors, surgeons, dentists, and approved companies, for clients in France and Monaco only. Outside France/Monaco, all our products are over-the-counter.

If you are a doctor, surgeon, or dentist:

The sale of injectable products will be subject to validation of your RPPS, your SIRET number, and your delivery address (head office or secondary establishment address). These details must be sent by email after placing your order.

If you are an authorized professional:

The sale of injectable products will be subject to validation of your SIRET number, your delivery address (head office or secondary establishment address), and your NAF/APE code. These details must be sent by email after placing your order.

4645Z - Wholesale trade (intercompany) of perfumery and beauty products

4646Z - Wholesale trade (intercompany) of pharmaceutical products

4773Z - Retail sale of pharmaceutical products in specialized stores

 8621Z - General practitioners' activities

 8622B - Surgical activities

 8622C - Other activities of specialist doctors

 8623Z - Dental office
