Summer Operation — August 2026
Hyashop will operate at a reduced pace during August. Here’s everything you need to know to plan your orders.
Dates to remember
| Until August 1st | Normal service. Orders placed by then are shipped as usual. |
| From August 3rd to 21st | Service greatly reduced. Orders accepted, shipments very limited. |
| August 24th | Return to normal operation. |
Orders and Shipping
Any order placed before August 1st will be shipped normally, with our usual processing time of 24 to 48 hours.
Our online shop remains open throughout August and you can order at any time. However, between August 3rd and 21st, shipments will be very limited. Orders received during this period will be held and processed as a priority upon our return, starting August 24th.
If you think you’ll need stock in August or early September, we strongly recommend placing your order before August 1st.
Restocking
Several of the laboratories we work with also close in August. Restocking some items may therefore take longer than usual, and some products may be temporarily unavailable during this period and in the first days of September.
That’s one more reason to plan ahead: what’s in stock today ships immediately.
Customer Service
Our team will be available in a limited capacity from August 3rd to 21st. Responses to emails and messages may be slower than usual, but every inquiry will receive a reply. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Can I still order during August?
Yes. The shop remains open and orders are accepted normally. Only shipping is affected.
What happens to an order placed on August 10th?
It is confirmed and held, then shipped as a priority upon our return. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
I need a product urgently in mid-August. What should I do?
Place your order before August 1st. It’s the only way to guarantee delivery within our usual timeframes.
Are prices or conditions changing?
No. Free shipping over €500 excluding tax and our price guarantee remain in effect, as usual.
