Preparation of the mixture
High molecular weight hyaluronic acid is dissolved in a high concentration buffer solution.
Cross-Linking
In a highly concentrated solution, the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid becomes intertwined and the distance between the chains becomes closer. Thus, a small quantity of BDDE (butandiol diglycidyl ether) is introduced into the solution to form a gel.
Washing and swelling
Unreacted cross-linkers are removed when the cross-linked gel swells, which regulates the concentration of hyaluronic acid. Lidocaine is added to reduce pain during injection.
Particle Creation
The cross-linked gel is micronized with double meshing process to make the gel particles uniform in size.
Filling
The gel is inserted into an OVS* glass syringe for greater stability.
* OVS: Original Verschuluss System
Sterilization
The pre-filled syringe is sterilized by heat treatment.
Volumizing strength, high elasticity, very low toxicity and high cohesiveness which translate into high volumizing power, manageability and high yield on the patient.
The new Y-Phasic technology combines high cohesiveness and high elasticity (G').
Main characteristics: Elasticity, cohesiveness and lifting capacity.
Cohesiveness
From a clinical point of view, the high cohesive filler will be more able to resist its fragmentation as a result of vertical forces which, by crushing the filler, flatten it and reduce its ability to increase the projection of the filler. soft tissues.
The result is a filler product with unique characteristics: a high elastic modulus and high cohesiveness, combined with good injectability and good tissue integration, all with high yield for the patient. Its performance is such that what you did with two ampoules, now you do with one product!
Additionally, the special glass syringe with OVS technology increases its preservative quality.
