It started with a simple frustration — one that every aesthetic medicine practitioner knows all too well.
You're preparing a full day of procedures. You reach for a product you've ordered dozens of times. And it's not there. Wrong delivery date. No response from your supplier. No solution offered.
For a practitioner, that's not just an inconvenience. It's a cancelled appointment, a disappointed patient, and a reputation on the line.
We experienced this from the inside — working alongside aesthetic medicine professionals, watching their daily reality unfold against a fragmented and unreliable supply chain that simply wasn't built for them. Too many intermediaries. Too little transparency. And almost no one who truly understood what happens inside a clinic.
So in 2014, we decided to build something different.
Hyashop was founded in Avignon, France, by people who knew aesthetic medicine from the inside. Not as investors. Not as distributors chasing margins. But as professionals who had seen, up close, what practitioners truly needed — and what the market was failing to deliver.
We started small. A carefully curated selection of CE-certified products, sourced directly from the world's most recognised manufacturers. Honest pricing. Reliable delivery. And a WhatsApp customer service that we actually respond to.
Ten years later, the mission hasn't changed.
We now serve practitioners across 40+ countries, with a catalogue of 55+ premium brands — from Juvederm and Restylane to Neauvia, Teosyal, Mastelli and many more. Every product we carry is CE-certified. Every order is handled with the same care as if we were the ones preparing for tomorrow morning's procedures.
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, from 10:30am to 5:30pm, in French, English, Spanish and more. Our warehouses are based in France, for express 24/48h delivery across Europe.
We are not the biggest supplier on the market. We don't want to be.
What we want is simple: to be the one you trust. The one who will be there — with the right product, at the right price, delivered when you need it.
