NewGyn - 1x2ml - Mastelli

NewGyn® is a class III injectable viscoelastic gel, developed by the Italian laboratory Mastelli, a pioneer in polynucleotide research for over 70 years. Designed to treat symptoms related to vulvovaginal atrophy, it combines polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid to regenerate and revitalize intimate tissues. 

Reserved for qualified physicians, NewGyn® offers a non-surgical clinical approach to sustainably improve the intimate well-being of patients.

Mode of action

NewGyn® activates fibroblasts, stimulates tissue regeneration, and promotes collagen synthesis. Hyaluronic acid maintains tissue hydration while mannitol protects and prolongs the activity of hyaluronic acid over time. 

The product acts at three levels simultaneously:

• Cell regeneration — PN-HPT® polynucleotides stimulate fibroblasts and accelerate tissue renewal
• Deep hydration — non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid restores the hydration of the mucosa
• Long-lasting protection — mannitol prolongs the activity of hyaluronic acid and reduces oxidative stress

Clinical indications

NewGyn® is indicated for women experiencing discomfort related to hormonal changes, childbirth, or aging. It effectively treats: 

• Vaginal dryness
• Itching and irritations
• Vulvar pain and dyspareunia
• Loss of tone and elasticity of the mucosa
• Vulvovaginal atrophy related to menopause

PN-HPT® Technology — The Mastelli Difference

Recommended treatment protocol

The recommended protocol is one session every 14 to 21 days, for a total of 3 to 4 sessions. 

Results generally last between 6 and 12 months, depending on the individual patient's profile (skin type, age, hormonal balance).
