CEBELIA's Eye Brightening is an eye contour care product specially designed to treat pigmented dark circles, that is, black and brown dark circles.

Description and use:

• Intended to treat pigmented dark circles affecting the eye contour.
• Acts on different stages of the melanogenesis process to limit hyperpigmentation formation and reduce dark circles.
• Formula adapted to the sensitive eye contour area.
• Evens out and brightens the eye contour for a more radiant look.
• Can be used twice daily, morning and evening, on cleansed skin. It is recommended to use high sun protection when exposed to sunlight and to avoid contact with the eyes. It can also be applied to the upper eyelid if necessary.

Cebelia’s advice: The Eye Brightener can be used simultaneously with L.C.E Regard, which has a tinted formula to conceal dark circles.

Active ingredients:

1. PEKALINE®: Acts at two major stages of spot formation by inhibiting the production of the enzyme tyrosinase and blocking remaining enzymes.
2. Vitamin C: Inhibits an essential enzyme in melanin formation and has brightening antioxidant activity.
3. Niacinamide: Regulates pigment transfer to the surface epidermal cells, thus controlling pigment distribution and placement.

This formula acts at multiple levels of melanogenesis to limit the formation of pigmented spots and brighten the eye contour, providing an effective solution for treating pigmented dark circles.
