VITARAN Exosome-PDRN Dual Serum is a next-generation Korean bi-compartmental cosmeceutical serum, developed by BR Pharm Co., Ltd., a pioneer of PDRN technology in South Korea since 2005. This 50 ml serum combines two advanced technologies in a dual-chamber system, mixed in equal amounts at the time of application to ensure optimal stability of the active ingredients.

Bi-Chamber Technology

The exclusive bi-compartment system preserves the stability and efficacy of the active ingredients until the moment of application:

• Chamber 1: CS-PDRN 500 ppm + Adenosine — cell regeneration and anti-wrinkle action
• Chamber 2: Centella asiatica (CICA) Exosomes 5% + Niacinamide + Panthenol — soothing, radiance, and barrier strengthening

Mode of Action

CS-PDRN, extracted and purified from salmonid fish DNA, activates the adenosine A2A receptor on dermal fibroblasts. This activation stimulates cell proliferation, collagen and elastin synthesis, promotes angiogenesis, and exerts a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. The Centella asiatica (CICA) exosomes are extracellular nanovesicles that promote skin regeneration and barrier strengthening. Adenosine improves elasticity and smooths fine lines. Niacinamide (5%) evens skin tone and strengthens the skin barrier.

Usage Protocol

1. Press the dual pump to dispense the two phases in equal parts (1:1)
2. Mix between fingers to activate the formula
3. Apply on cleansed skin, morning and evening, after lotion/toner
4. For post-procedure use: apply after microneedling, laser, or RF on intact skin
5. Finish with a moisturizer and SPF sunscreen
6. Recommended protocol: 60 days of daily care
