Mode of action

After injection, cross-linked hyaluronic acid creates a three-dimensional matrix in the scalp, ensuring a gradual and continuous release of active peptides. This mechanism — Caregen’s patented Sustained Release Technology — shifts the paradigm from simple passive nourishment to active and prolonged stimulation of hair follicles.

Peptides are naturally occurring molecules in the skin that send signals to key skin cells. Caregen technology replicates these natural biological messengers, simultaneously activating multiple biological pathways involved in hair loss and regrowth.

Composition

Hyaluronic acid 0.70%, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), and a peptide complex including: Decapeptide-28, Octapeptide-2, Oligopeptide-71, Decapeptide-18, Oligopeptide-54, Decapeptide-10, and Octapeptide-11. 

Clinical indications

Dr. CYJ Hair Filler is indicated for patients with non-scarring alopecia, men and women with thinning hair, hair transplant recipients wishing to increase graft survival rates, and patients seeking to create synergy with other anti-hair loss or regrowth treatments.

Treatment protocol

Intensive treatment: 1 session every 2 weeks for 8 weeks (4 sessions total), then 1 session per month for 3 months. Injection depth: 3 mm (superficial to mid dermis). Volume per point: 0.02 to 0.05 cc. Distance between each injection: 0.2 to 0.3 cm, 1 cm between each line. 

To maintain the effect, a booster session is recommended at 6 months. The procedure is almost painless. 

Expected results

Initial regrowth results may appear as early as 2 months if the protocol is properly followed.
