NewGyn - 1x2ml - Mastelli

NewGyn® is a class III injectable viscoelastic gel, developed by the Italian laboratory Mastelli, a pioneer in polynucleotide research for over 70 years. Designed to treat symptoms related to vulvovaginal atrophy, it combines polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid to regenerate and revitalize intimate tissues.

Mode of action

NewGyn® activates fibroblasts, stimulates tissue regeneration, and promotes collagen synthesis. Hyaluronic acid maintains tissue hydration while mannitol protects and prolongs the activity of hyaluronic acid over time. 

The product acts simultaneously on three levels:

• Cellular regeneration — PN-HPT® polynucleotides stimulate fibroblasts and accelerate tissue renewal
• Deep hydration — non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid restores mucosal hydration
• Long-lasting protection — mannitol prolongs the activity of hyaluronic acid and reduces oxidative stress

Clinical indications

NewGyn® is indicated for women experiencing discomfort related to hormonal changes, childbirth, or aging. It effectively treats: 

• Vaginal dryness
• Itching and irritation
• Vulvar pain and dyspareunia
• Loss of tone and elasticity of the mucosa
• Vulvovaginal atrophy related to menopause

Recommended treatment protocol

The recommended protocol is one session every 14 to 21 days, for a total of 3 to 4 sessions.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, unsealed and in its original intact packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
