Ellansé M, developed by the French laboratory Sinclair Pharma, is designed to sustainably restore facial volumes lost due to a lack of collagen, a natural process that intensifies with age. Collagen and elastin, two essential proteins for skin structure, decrease over time, leading to skin sagging and the appearance of wrinkles.

This product corrects wrinkles while stimulating the skin’s natural collagen production, helping to reduce the visible effects of aging. The results of Ellansé M are visible and long-lasting, with effectiveness lasting from 1 to 2 years, depending on the product type (Ellansé S & M).

Ellansé M injections are generally administered at the periosteum, the membrane surrounding the bones. Its composition includes 70% carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) for an immediate volumizing effect, and 30% polycaprolactone (PCL) in the form of spherical particles (25 to 50 microns) for a prolonged volumizing effect.

The areas targeted by Ellansé M include facial sagging, deep wrinkles, and an undefined facial oval. The results are progressive but long-lasting, with improvements such as a reduction of nasolabial folds, redefinition of the facial oval, and restoration of volume in the cheeks and temples.
