New regulations for sales in France and Monaco

Since July 1, 2024, in accordance with Decree No. 2024-490 of May 29, 2024, the sale of our injectable products containing hyaluronic acid is reserved for doctors, surgeons, dentists and approved companies, for customers in France and Monaco only. Outside France/Monaco, all our products are available over the counter.

If you are a doctor, surgeon or dentist:

The sale of injectable products will be subject to the validation of your RPPS, your SIRET number and your delivery address (address of the head office or secondary establishment). These elements must be sent by email following the placing of your order.

If you are a licensed professional:

The sale of injectable products will be subject to the validation of your SIRET number, your delivery address (head office address or secondary establishment) and your NAF/APE code. These elements must be sent by email following the placing of your order.

4645Z - Wholesale trade (intercompany) of perfumery and beauty products

4646Z - Wholesale trade (intercompany) of pharmaceutical products

4773Z - Retail sale of pharmaceutical products in specialized stores

 8621Z - Activity of general practitioners

 8622C - Other activities of specialist physicians

 8623Z - Dental office
