Perfectha implants, including Perfectha Deep, are designed to fill deep wrinkles and restore facial volume by using the action of hyaluronic acid, which has the ability to bind to water. These products are described as "passive" because their main effect is mechanical and does not result from a biological or pharmacological action.

The filling effect of Perfectha Deep depends on the amount of implant injected, but it is important not to exceed the recommended maximum dose. Perfectha Deep is biodegradable and naturally breaks down in the body through the metabolic pathways of the hyaluronic acid already present. It is indicated for filling moderate to severe wrinkles, lip corners, nasolabial folds, as well as for creating and restoring volume in the lips, cheekbones, and tip of the nose.

The injection protocol recommends injecting into the intermediate to deep layer of the dermis, performed by a professional trained in the use of dermal filler products. The results are immediate, and patients notice a reduction in wrinkles, a limitation of their appearance, as well as a more radiant complexion. The average duration of results is about 9 months, but touch-ups may be necessary to maintain the effects achieved.

The contents of Perfectha Deep include a single-use syringe containing 1 mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel at a concentration of 20 mg/ml, two sterilized single-use 30 G*13 mm needles, and a traceability label for the patient and physician. This product is also available with lidocaine for greater comfort during injection.
